Pricing
This price list is valid for all orders received on and after 1st January 2010.
Prices
Prices quoted by the Company are current as at 1st January 2010 but we reserve the right to make adjustments where necessary should we experience currency fluctuations, raw materials or factory increases that are out of our control. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax, for which the customer shall be additionally liable to the company.
Payment
Approved credit account customers shall pay the price in full strictly net monthly.
If payment is not made on or before the due date, the Company may charge interest at the rate of 3% per annum above the base-lending rate of our Bankers from the date for payment until the date of actual payment.
Delivery
Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith, but we are not the subject of any warranty or condition, and time shall not be essence of the contract in this respect. No liability will attach to the company if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever. Please advise us of any non-delivery within seven days and confirm in writing to enable us to claim under our carrier’s terms of conditions. Any shortage or damage on delivery must be reported to us immediately and confirmed in writing within 3 days of complaint.
Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of £75.00 net. For all smaller orders an administration surcharge of £5.00 will be added.
Carriage
Carriage paid terms is £300 net to UK mainland. A surcharge will be applied to all orders of under £300 at the following rates Under £100 – £5.95 £101 to £200 - £7.95 £201 to £299 £10.
£500 net to Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. A surcharge of £25.00 will apply to all orders below this value.

Special and Express services are available and prices shall be quoted

Congestion Surcharge for London area
A charge of £1.00 per consignment will apply to the following area – W1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SW1, SE1, and SE11. This is due to the Governments enforcement of Congestion Charges within these postcodes.
