Lead Times
All bespoke orders are subject to a lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks, dependent on product, decoration requirements and approval timelines.
Artwork
All artwork must be supplied as a high-resolution vector file with full pantone reference(s).
Minimum Order Quantity
Bespoke decoration is subject to a minimum order quantity of 300 mixed pieces across selected products within the same design. Any repeat orders must be a minimum of 120 mixed pieces.
Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We aim to provide pricing within 2-3 working days.
Origination Fee’s
New designs will be subject to origination fees. Depending on the amount of prints the decorator has remaining we may need to charge a print fee for repeat orders.
Approvals
All approvals must be returned within 24 hours of receipt to maintain the quoted lead time. Delays in approval may result in an extended delivery time frame.
Process
Once a purchase order has been received for your request, plain stock will be despatched to our decorators. Pre-production visuals will then be provided for approval, confirming the design, sizing and colour across each product.
At this stage, customers can either proceed with a sample for approval or move directly into production. Where a sample is requested, this will be produced and sent for sign-off. If proceeding without a sample, a signed disclaimer will be required prior to production.
Production & Delivery
Once approval has been received (either via sample sign-off or signed disclaimer), production will commence. A confirmed despatch date will be issued.
